Maestro Coves will be in charge of the musical direction of a show with which the Ballet Nacional de España returns to the Veranos de la Villa, in Madrid, this time with a program entitled Estampas flamencas / El sombrero de tres picos.
The program is made up of three parts, Estampas flamencas, four pieces inspired by Antonio Ruiz Soler; Hijo del alba, premiere of a solo inspired by Picasso and performed by Rubén Olmo; and El sombrero de tres picos, in a production that recovers the original costumes and curtains created by Picasso for Diaghilev's Ballets Russes.
Manuel Coves will conduct the ORCAM in four performances on August 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th at the Patio Central of the Centro Cultural Conde Duque.
