Lianna Haroutounian heads the
cast of La bohème at Palma's Teatre Principal February 20th 2023 |
Soprano Lianna Haroutounian is once again stepping into the shoes of Mimì in the performances of La bohème at Palma's Teatre Principal, a role she has previously sung to great acclaim at venues like the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Sydney Opera House and Las Palmas.
After the great success of the dress rehearsal on the 18th of February, tonight is the official premiere of this staging signed by Leo Nucci and with musical direction by Matteo Beltrami.
All the performances in Palma (20th, 22nd and 24th of February) are sold out, and on the 4th of March there will also be another performance at the Teatre des Born in Ciutadella. Lianna Haroutounian shares the stage with tenor Andrei Danilov (Rodolfo), David Menéndez (Marcello), Marga Cloquell (Musetta), Tomeu Bibiloni (Schaunard), Manuel Fuentes (Colline) and Jorge Tello (Benoît/Alcindoro).
