Génesis Moreno leads the cast of L'elisir d'amore at the Ópera de Bellas Artes in Mexico City

Soprano Génesis Moreno participates in the production of Gaetano Donizetti's L'elisir d'amore at the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City.
The cast, headed by Diego Silva as Nemorino and Génesis Moreno herself -who debuts the role of Adina-, also includes Noé Colín as Dulcamara. In addition, baritone Juan Carlos Heredia will perform Belcore, and Damaris Lezama as Giannetta.
Génesis Moreno is the recent winner of the First Prize, the Best Zarzuela Interpretation Award and the Audience Award at the IX Alfredo Kraus International Singing Competition held in September 2023.
Arthur Fagen will be conducting the Orquesta y Coro del Teatro de Bellas Artes, in a production directed by Luis Martín Solís and Érika Torres.
The performances will be on December 5, 7, 10 and 14.
