Génesis Moreno in Platea Magazine: "Keeping my feet on the ground is what has made me grow in my career"

Platea Magazine has published an interview with Génesis Moreno in which they highlight the great European debut of the Venezuelan soprano, as well as the beginnings of her career, and her time at the Alfredo Kraus Competition, where she received first prize, the audience award and also the prize for best zarzuela performer.
About her beginnings, Génesis Moreno tells how her passion for opera arose after spending several years studying the cello. On a vocal level, she had the privilege of studying and being part of the Coral Nacional Simón Bolívar, part of the Sistema Nacional de Orquestas y Coros Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela (National System of Orchestras and Youth and Children's Choirs of Venezuela).
Génesis Moreno will star in the opera Roméo et Juliette, which is currently being performed at Palma's Teatre Principal, in a production by the Opéra Comique de Paris and which is being premiered at the Principal.
