Emiliano Suárez debuts in ABAO's next season with Don Pasquale

Emiliano Suárez debuts as stage director in the season opening of ABAO Bilbao Opera with Don Pasquale. It is a new co-production by ABAO and Okapi Producciones, signed by the versatile Emiliano Suárez, which recreates a Neapolitan pizzeria in an elegant proposal, full of movement and highlighted by a great profusion of details.
The cast will be of the highest caliber, being Don Pasquale performed by Simón Orfila, the naive Ernesto by Francesco de Muro, and the astute Norina by the soprano Maria José Moreno. The baritone Damián del Castillo will be in charge of giving life to Doctor Malatesta.
Maestro Sesto Quatrini will make his debut at the helm of the Euskadiko Orkestra. The season opening will take place on October 19, and the rest of the performances will continue on October 22, 25, 26 and 28 at the Palacio Euskalduna.
