César San Martín performs the role of Puck in Las golondrinas at Teatro de La Zarzuela

Baritone César San Martín heads the cast of the production of José María Usandizaga's Las Golondrinas, which the Teatro de la Zarzuela is staging in its operatic version.
In the production, César San Martín will play the title role of Puck, a role in which he will alternate with baritone Gerardo Bullón. The role of Lina will be performed by Raquel Lojendio and Sofía Esparza. Ketevan Kemoklidze and María Antúnez will sing Cecilia, while Jorge Rodríguez-Norton will be Juanito and Javier Castañeda will perform Roberto.
All of them will be conducted by maestro Juanjo Mena, with the Orquesta de la Comunidad de Madrid and the Coro del Teatro de la Zarzuela. The production, directed by Giancarlo del Monaco, was staged in 2016 to great acclaim in this same theatre.
