Alejandro Roy performs Manrico in Il Trovatore in Vigo and talks about his career in an interview in Platea Magazine

Tenor Alejandro Roy plays Manrico in Verdi's Il Trovatore in the semi-staged version that Amigos de la Ópera de Vigo has programmed as part of the Otoño Lírico 2023 season.
He will be joined by Iwona Sobotka as Leonora, María Luisa Corbacho as Azucena, Javier Franco as Conte di Luna, David Lagares as Ferrando, César Gutiérrez as Ruiz and Marina Penas as Inés.
The musical direction will be by Diego García Rodríguez, who will conduct the Orquesta Sinfónica Vigo 430, while Ignacio García will be in charge of the stage direction, and the Rías Baixas Choir will also be with them. The performance will take place on October 15th at the Teatro Afundación in Vigo.
