Tenor Jorge Franco played Clistene in Domenico Cimarosa's production of L'Olimpiade with La Cetra Barockorchester & Vokalensemble Basel, under the musical direction of Andrea Marcon, presented at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and in Basel.
The performance, dedicated to the rediscovery of the Italian classical repertoire, brought together an international cast in a concert version.
The production was well received by the public and specialized critics, highlighting the high level of the instrumental and vocal ensemble, as well as the energy and precision of the musical direction.
