Sandra Ferrández stars in Carmen at the Oviedo Opera House

Mezzo-soprano Sandra Ferrández embodies the role of Carmen in the Oviedo Opera's production of Georges Bizet's Carmen at the Campoamor Theatre. This season, the iconic French opera is presented in a staging by Emilio Sagi that combines refined production design with a contemporary theatrical approach.
The production will be under the musical direction of Rubén Díez and features a distinguished cast sharing the stage with Ferrández, including Damián del Castillo and Jan Antem as Escamillo, Antonio Corianò and Antoni Lliteres in the role of Don José, as well as Francesca Sassu and Laura Brasó as Micaëla.
