Manuel Coves conducts Generaciones with the Ballet Nacional de España

Orchestra conductor Manuel Coves conducts Generaciones, with the Ballet Nacional de España, at the Teatro de la Zarzuela. Conceived as a journey through the history of dance through three generations of creators, the show alternates repertory numbers with others of new creation: Ritmos, Grito, Pastorela and Jacaranda, which combine music, choreography, costumes and lighting.

Maestro Coves will be in charge of conducting the Orquesta de la Comunidad de Madrid, with choreography by Alberto Lorca, music by José Nieto and lighting design by Freddy Gerlache.

Today is the premiere and the performances, 11 in total, will take place from July 17 to 21 and 23 to 28 at the Teatro de la Zarzuela.
