Lianna Haroutounian stars in Un ballo in maschera at the San Francisco Opera

Soprano Lianna Haroutounian participates in the upcoming production of Verdi's Un ballo in maschera at the San Francisco Opera. She will play the lead role of Amelia, alongside Michael Fabiano, who will play King Gustav III, as well as Judit Kutasi as Ulrica, among others.
This is the fourth time that the soprano has played this role, which she has performed in Bern, Tours and at the Teatro de la Maestranza.
Eun Sun Kim will be in charge of conducting the San Francisco Opera Orchestra and Chorus in a production by the Rome Opera Theater Foundation, staged by Leo Muscato.
The performances will take place on September 6, 11, 15, 18, 21, 24 and 27 at the War Memorial Opera House.
