Leonor Bonilla stars in Roméo et Juliette at the Shanghai Grand Theatre

Soprano Leonor Bonilla will give life to Juliette in Charles Gounod's Roméo et Juliette at the Shanghai Grand Theatre. This concert is part of the ‘Croisements’ Festival, which celebrates the 60th anniversary of cultural relations between China and France.
In a semi-staged version and under the musical direction of Xu Zhong, this production will feature principal musicians from the Orchestre de Paris and the Choir and Orchestra of the Shanghai Opera, as well as a cast of leading artists.
The concert will take place next Monday 30 December at the Shanghai Grand Theatre.
