Juan Noval-Moro participates in Madama Butterfly at the Gran Teatre del Liceu

Tenor Juan Noval-Moro is taking part in the production of Madama Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini, which premieres today at the Gran Teatre del Liceu. Yesterday, Sunday, the performance for under-35 took place, but today is the official premiere of this title, which has already been performed 188 times at the Barcelona coliseum since 1909, when the first performance took place.
Juan will play the role of Goro and will be accompanied by national and international soloists such as Sonya Yoncheva, Ailyn Pérez, Celso Albelo, Matthew Polenzani and Gerardo Bullón, among others.
Maestro Paolo Bortolameolli will conduct the Orchestra and Chorus of the Gran Teatre del Liceu, in a co-production between the Liceu itself and the Royal Opera House, which will be directed by Moshe Leiser and Patrice Caurier.
The performances in which Juan Noval will participate will take place on December 9, 11, 14, 16, 20, 22 and 27 at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
