Jorge Franco participates in Dido, Königin von Carthago at the Innsbruck Early Music Festival

Tenor Jorge Franco participates in the upcoming production of Dido, Königin von Carthago, by composer Christoph Graupner, at the Innsbruck Early Music Festival. He will do so playing the role of Achates, sharing the stage with Robin Johannsen in the role of Dido, Alicia Amo, who will play Anna, or the tenor Jose Antonio López as Juba.

Maestro Andrea Marcon will be in charge of conducting the baroque orchestra and ensemble La Cetra, in a production directed by Deda Cristina Colonna.

​The performances will take place on August 25 and 27 at the Tyrolean State Theater in Innsbruck.
