Carlos Reynoso takes part in the production of Roméo et Juliette at the Opéra de Massy

Baritone Carlos Reynoso takes part in the production of Roméo et Juliette by Charles Gounod presented by the Opéra de Massy, in co-production with the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, the Opéra de Reims, and the Opéra National de Bordeaux.
The cast features Reynoso as Mercutio. The roles of Roméo, Tybalt, and Pâris are performed by Yu Shao and Grégoire Mour. Laurène Paternò and Clara Guillon share the role of Juliette. The production is accompanied by the Orchestre de l’Opéra de Massy.
Musical direction is by Jean-François Verdier, with stage direction by Johanna Boyé, set design by Caroline Mexme, costumes by Marion Rebmann, and lighting design by Cyril Manetta.
The premiere of Roméo et Juliette will take place on January 30, 2026.
