Carlos Reynoso performs in La traviata at the Opéra National du Rhin

This week saw the premiere of the Opéra National du Rhin’s production of La traviata, in which Mexican baritone Carlos Reynoso performs the role of the Marquis d'Obigny.
The cast is led by Martina Russomanno and Julia Muzychenko, who alternate in the role of Violetta Valéry, alongside Amitai Pati as Alfredo Germont, Vito Priante as Giorgio Germont, Bernadette Johns as Flora, and Ana Escudero as Annina, among others.
Christoph Koncz will conduct the Orchestre National de Mulhouse, while stage direction is by Amélie Niermeyer.
The performances of this production, which premiered on Monday the 24th and continues today with its second show, will take place at the Opéra National du Rhin in Strasbourg until April 6th. The production will then move to the Théâtre Municipal de Colmar for a performance on April 16th, concluding with two final performances on April 27th and 29th at La Filature in Mulhouse.
