Andrés Sánchez-Joglar and Gabriel Alonso, awarded at the Compostela Lírica Singing Competition

Tenor Andrés Sánchez-Joglar and baritone Gabriel Alonso have won prizes in the seventh edition of the Compostela Singing Competition.
The jury awarded the second prize to Sánchez-Joglar, with a cash prize of €2,000.
For his part, Gabriel Alonso received the Andrés Gaos diploma.
The competition reached its highest lever of participation, with 85 singers from 24 countries. This competition is organised by the Asociación de Amigos da Ópera de Santiago in collaboration with the Xunta and various Galician institutions, as well as the Fundación José Otero-Carmela Martínez.
