Ana Ibarra participates in Doña Francisquita in The Zarzuela Theater

Mezzo-soprano Ana Ibarra participates in the next production of Doña Francisquita at the Teatro de la Zarzuela. As she did in 2019, she will play the role of Aurora, alternating in performances with María Rodríguez, and accompanied by other great voices of Spanish opera such as Sabina Puértolas and Marina Monzó, who play the titular role in their respective casts, and the tenors Ismael Jordi and Alejandro del Cerro, in the role of Fernando, among others. The production also has the special participation of Gonzalo de Castro and Lucero Tena.
Maestro Guillermo García Calvo will lead the Madrid Community Orchestra and the La Zarzuela Theater Choir, in a revival of the theater's own production already offered in 2019, and which will once again be directed by Lluís Pascual.
The performances in which Ana Ibarra participates will take place on June 19, 21, 23, 26, 28 and 30 at the Teatro de la Zarzuela.
