Absolute success for Karina Demurova as Carmen at the Sicilia Classica Festival 21 of August of 2024 |
After the performance, on August 17, of the production of Carmen at the Teatro Antico di Taormina, the press has echoed the masterful work carried out by the mezzo-soprano Karina Demurova in the title role, within the Sicilia Classica Festival. Thus, the newspaper Il Cittadino di Messina highlights Karina's interpretation:
"Sensuale, seducente, passionale, incantevole, con la sua voce di timbro ricco e profondo, è apparsa ancor più calata nel ruolo di Carmen, che sembra creato proprio per lei e che interpreta, ormai, con naturalezza e sempre con maggior consapevolezza e padronanza."
